People are more productive when they are given their own space to create and make

How in the heck can you concentrate in one of these open plan offices. I guess that's what's causing the lower productivity.

It reminds me of how many times I tried to explain the guys in charge why this was a bad idea and got blatantly ignored.

The Six Sigma course has possibly been the biggest waste of time in my life.

Open offices truly sucked! So many executives fell for the 'great for communication' BS & then spent a bunch of money tearing walls down. May it was collusion with general contractors?

OMWORD - I worked in that type of env. in London (2005-08) terrible working environment! Now I work from home and bitch b/c my elderly neighbor chainsaws/weed eats/mows every day, all day. Wait... Maybe that London office wasn't so bad afterall.... at least winter's coming.
