        It's all simple. Corporations may not donate to politicians nor assist politicians in any way.  Individuals may donate up to $10,000. Violations of this law result in jail for CEO of the corporation or the donor and expulsion for the politician or the chair of a party. Simple.

        Google should register as a SuperPAC and declare all the labor, advertising, and water-carrying they do as campaign contributions for the DNC. I have a feeling if they do, the contribution caps would be more busted than the Obama DOJ.
