Isn't there a more normalized name for this practice, Like female circumcision or something? Unsure why it has such a horrible reputation in western society while we circumsize men all the time. Its a culture thing more than barbarism I thought.

Maybe you should do some research on it before making ridiculous comparisons! It’s not a circumcision it’s mutilation of the gentials. It is a barbaric operation performed often by family, who are not surgeons, to suppress women sexually and it leads to multiple complications!
