#POTUS should ignore the ruling as the judge has no authority to stop Trump from enforcing existing law simply because the judge doesn't get it. #WakeUpAmerica #MAGA #AmericaFirsthttps://youtu.be/U1_ZEL0ehkE
Prayers for our country, prayers for our President and first Family .
Who the Fug gives a good God Dam about DACA other than illegals?!
Outrageous. Bending over backwards for illegals and Obama (Ollegals); MIGHT get the whole thing before SCOTUS sooner than expected, however.
Judges can be bought and sold like trading cards.
What are you saying, @rsc233? I’m clutching my pearls and heading for the fainting couch!
Outrageous. A judge is giving us immigration rules but @POTUS cannot??!!!
And I remain wondering when a single federal judge gained the authority of SCOTUS to effect presidential executive orders (by the head of an equal branch) where there's a reason for district and circuit number designations as jurisdiction limits.
So if Trump signs an executive order declaring Taco Tuesday, and the next president rescinds it, a judge can order a President to re declare Taco Tuesday? Can he also order a President to declare Waffle Wednesday?
Impeachment may be necessary for the judge.
