People who seek substantive change are almost always told some version of:
- “you’re crazy”
- “you don’t know anything”
- “you’re too [old/young/quiet/loud/whatever]”
To detractors, you will never be good enough. To friends, you are always enough.

Unfortunately Canada is less socialist than we are in many ways. Lower taxes, far healthier debt to gdp ratio.

We already are socialist, I just hope the degree of which doesn’t keep growing. Tax cuts, step in the right direction. Cutting federal regs, step in the right direction. Huge deficit budget, step in the wrong direction.
