You can. Don’t buy their products. It’s even easier since you don’t need to wait 4 years and you don’t need to convince other people.

Not when a corporation owns products that are to sustain the bare basics of sustaining life, I.e. food, healthcare. Subsistence farming is hard when corporations use patents to prevent crops from being grown by them and you can’t legally keep extra seeds for the next season.

And what if it? Even if it wasn’t created by the state, the minimum of the libertarian state will maintain legal structures such as this. It just hands enforcement to the company, and if the state can barely function and pay its legal adjudicators, who do you think will pay them?
