The only practical way to approach wage parity between men and women is for women to stop having children completely. Equality of outcome = end of everything. Price does seem a little high, no?

We've got to genetically engineer men to have babies. In utero, we'll change men to women, even though there's no difference, so they are still men after the sex change, and then men can have the babies and women can go to work. Oppression solved.

Women are now dominating professional fields but I see a huge problem in the fact that opportunity cost for educated women to raise kids in the west is approaching $millions. Think about lost wages, 18 yrs of schooling, food and activities, & four years of college for each kid.

Good point... exceot they will allow only the elite to breed, and enough other 3rd World nomadic worker-slaves to keep things going.

How do people not understand this? Equal outcomes require identical behavior. Men don't have kids. Women would have to do the same. Not rocket science. We need to rethink our understanding of gender equality. It shouldn't just be, "Hey women, do what men do!"

If women WORKED as many hours as men, they'd make as much as men. They take Part Time, Flex Time, Maternity Leave, Family Leave, etc., while MEN take up the slack! Sorry Ladies. It's true.

What price? The extinction of the human race? That price? Peanuts, compared to no one getting their feels hurt.

As a woman who worked since 1966 & raised a family. I don’t get your point.I was a widow & had to work.Women made less because it was assumed their dedication was to family not job, even when proven otherwise. SOME women can do both & performance not gender should be the judge.
