It would be preferable to see the disbanding of the JTTF (the CIA's infiltration of the FBI to target Americans) and the dark ops and dark budget of the CIA. The CIA was meant for intelligence gathering. The CIA was not meant to orchestrate these dark ops for plunder and profit.
