I'm sure she does. But *insurance* isn't what she wants people to have. The end-game is a nationalized, single-payer system. This is about killing insurers by compelling them to break their fundamental business model, then saying "SEE! INSURANCE DOESN'T WORK!"

Health "insurance" ceased to be insurance a long time ago. It is now a health payments system that is completely inefficient while retaining all the moral hazards that insurance causes.
