In Scotland a Bar tender can simply refuse to serve you - his pub, end of. I think it is wrong to force anyone to bake, cook, serve if it TRULY is against their religion or belief. There are other places that WILL do it HAPPILY. BUT it is SO bad for business to be narrow minded.

Yep. They obfuscate by calling one homophobia and the other Human Resources.
