Well, the statement is actually true though. Consumption of meat & dairy contribute to heart disease, and heart disease and erectile dysfunction go hand in hand. Dairy products make up 60-80% of estrogen in the diet. This also reduces fertility. These are facts.

It says lower zinc, not deficient. One of the cited studies there states "adults appear able to adapt to a wide range of zinc intakes with no apparent adverse effects on health." Also, there are foods fortified w/zinc, plus a multi-vitamin covers you. Reg blood tests will tell.

“Lower” zinc is linked to lower sex drive. Yes there ways to fix everything but I’m staying within a narrow scope. The argument is not what is the best diet. It is about whether eating meat lowers sex drive. The abundant amount of zinc present in red meat is a positive indicator.

There is a normal range for zinc. You can be on the lower or higher end of normal and it will have no deterimental effect on health. If you fall above or below the range, that's a problem. The article you referenced doesn't speak to zinc deficiency.
