Idlemaster is a completely legitimate program intended to let you get those cards from the games you got cheap/free/in a bundle that you never intend to play.

Just adding - this is still a thing. I just started doing some achievement hunting and have 6 100% games but it is only showing 1. The other 5 games are small but they are real, were fun and deserve recognition.
