Namco is probably nervous because the last Tekken game they released on a Nintendo platform was Tekken Tag 2 on Wii U, but I think at this point every developer should see that Switch is not Wii U.

I love Namco, but they have been asking fans to beg for games on Switch a little too much for my taste. With Samurai Shodown, Mortal Kombat 11, Blazblue: Central Fiction and more coming in 2019 and Smash Bros. just launching, I am not going to beg for fighting games on Switch.

If they truly aren't working on ports for their fighting games then it's their loss. Switch has a ton of 2019 games announced that not having their games is only Bandai's loss, not Switch owners'. There's still many many things to choose from.
