Especially if you count a DS Lite with GBA games!
DS probably has the best RPG library out of any Nintendo system (I don't think this is really even close), followed by 3DS and then by SNES (second and third place is really a toss up). Switch is on a REALLY good track to potentially be at the top of this list in my opinion.

The DS really did have a stellar lineup of JRPGs. It had great versions of classic SNES games like the Final Fantasy games and Chrono Trigger, the best of some of Nintendo's own RPG franchises like Pokemon and M+L, and some interesting new games like The World Ends With You

Nintendo was truly an innovator recognizing RPGs take forever and putting them on mobile game systems so it’s even easier to play through (for people like me)

Personally I believe SNES is more top heavy than DS and overall I’d put it above 3DS but I can see the argument.
