Hi I'm interested to know what this is all about? I'm guessing it's all a made up story in an imagined world? But why?

(There's a community of people that pretend to run paranormal radio stations through Twitter. i can't speak for the others, but I do it because it's an interesting way to produce short-form fiction. There's something oddly dystopian about glitchy images and SSTV [1/?])
