Depends of Language, but as an Example, clicking on DiskCleanup does nothing from Sib++, while it works from normal Search/Run.

Worked in Win8.1, but no more since Siv1.02++, now Names show up but clicking on them does nothing. Search beneath Start works!

Also this don't happen for all Searchresults within Run, some start on click others don't and even selecting Open it does not.

Tested again, the Search in Run is definitely broken for me, only 2 out of 20 Results started on Click, the others simply don't

Just found another which also could be the Reason for, instead the Name of App a GUID is displayed in the recently started List

And i just tested it, rebuilding Searchindex does not help with this Issue. And this only happens in StarIsBack Run/Search
