Still no tabs enabled in 22622 for me. If force enabled, 'Fixed an issue where the tab order when using CTRL + Tab would be wrong if you’d rearranged the tabs in File Explorer' is not there. Is fix also under a feature flag? Jesus Christ how horrifying

I'm on stable build and the taskbar disappears sometimes with brave browser and chrome maximised on the 2nd monitor. Not sure why but I have to reset the taskbar on and off to fix it. Been this way for ages.
