There are garbage tabs coming to Windows 11 Explorer! How would StartAllBack handle tabs for older styles? Unobtrusive. You don't always need tabs.

I think it can't be possible for ribbon ui. If that was possible, then, SAB will not provide us alternative. But U can use normal tabs in win11 command bar.
