Well it works normally but SAB overrides it or you want me to make another video without SAB showing that it works

Apply the theme with SecureUXTheme + SAB and you will see either after secs context menu in Photoshop gets reset or after locking PC and logging back in.
Without SAB it doesn't occur

I can confirm that setting msstyle may clash with SAB recoloring and mess up theme colours. This should not affect other cases I think
