W10 and W11 are basically on the same kernel version, it does.
They add the watermark builds later, but as every Insider preview version, all of them has watermark, and it's not that ugly, it just cover the wallpaper.

From what I understood, you are based in Russia, and cannot receive payments anymore - so I'm concerned (+ the app hasn't received any update this month, which is quite unusual)
