The update broke my version and just makes my W11 taskbar hide, reinstalling does nothing. Where can I see the program files to launch it and customise?

It seems to be effecting my start menu, explorer and other things, but not the taskbar, where can i access customisation?

Right-click Start button - Properties. Or Control Panel - StartAllBack. Opened DMs
