Windows 11 can kiss my ass.
From what I can find, you can only have your task bar on the primary monitor. Just no.
I want my taskbar on my left monitor while the right monitor is my primary monitor...you know, so I don't have a taskbar on my stream!

So, I downloaded (and installed) a 3rd Party program called StartAllBack. It seems to fix the problem HOWEVER there are issues with it. Most I can deal with BUT the one I can't is that I can't buy a license for it because PayPal blocks the transaction.
