Does anyone track non-conformance of functions in MSVCRT.dll?
I know all the *printf functions are very limited compared to the standard ones (that you get with vcruntime140.dll), but that's pretty much it.

There are lot of small nuances, like new does not throw exception on failure but returns 0.
