??? I didn't use this software in Windows 10 so I don't know what I would do.

It is Windows 10 taskbar. Try Control Panel - Notification Area Icons

When I go to Settings –> Taskbar corner overflow, and turn Volume off, the icon goes back into the pop-up box as shown below. But when I turn it on, it gives a blank space where the volume icon should be, like in the first image I posted.
