Tabbed is just untinted / unblended Mica, i.e. heavily blurred wallpaper. Seems strange.

Overall, does not seem to be changed from private API much. Caption text is opaque, I wonder if that's going to be fixed or custom slightly different titlebars all the way.

I miss the transparency and blur of Windows Vista and 7, would migrate to 11 if it had in the title bars
