Where is the option: "Let's protect old Control Panel" (by releasing ControlPanel-IS-BACK)?

There should be an option, it seems Control Panel is not universally preferred

Basically, IMHO StartIsBack is based on the idea, that all those Metro changes (from W8-0 to today) are cancer. This cancer however includes the MS continued tries to kill the old Control Panel. Just think, how many good applets we lost already (from the W7 situation).
