In most of the cases so far the substitutes are far from "full" forcing people to edit registry or launch powershell commands. For instance in W10 it was not possible to change the type of a WIRED network to "private" - only WiFi connections had that setting.

11 was already the last straw for me. As long as it doesn't pour into 10 before I can switch over to the penguin side, I'm fine.

Per Microsoft usual shenannigans it's safe to bet on a "no, not really, familiarize yourself with registry and powershell hacking"
