Can the start bar be connected like previous windows versions? like.... here the bar is disconnected and floating, can it be made to look like Windows 7 start for example?

Is there a possible fix for Explorer crashing and reverting changes shortly after I go to hide the Action Centre taskbar button in Control Panel? (as it is redundant w/ win11 flyouts)

I know it can crash when you use multiple monitors and toggle clock. You say it crashes with toggling action center too?
