Maybe I found the minor issue: When I disable my secondary monitor, Start Menu doesn't appear after clicking the button, but only in the case, when the default W11 Start Menu is used together with StartIsBack.

Please try to narrow it down: do you connect / disconnect secondary? Or primary is changed? When you open start menu?

Thanks for the reply. Yep, it was different: I unplugged HDMI for primary, and then when clicked on Start button on "new primary" there was no W11 native StartMenu, because StartMenuExperienceHost.exe hang in the moment of disconnection/ or maybe 1st click on Start Button.
