More Insider changes were pushed to stable and thus 19043.1021 (but it was pulled?) and 18363.1593 (but 1909 is EOL?) require new StartIsBack update 😓

- Yeah, 1909 is EOL but LTSC (Enterprise) gets one more year updates.
- KB5003240 replaces 2021 with 19043.1022 that's why it got pulled.

KB5003214 on 19043.1023 breaks contextual menu for taskbar icons, reinstalling Startisback (already had latest version) fixed the issue 👍
