On an ARM64 machine with 96 cores, OneDrive installer (note it's x86 emulated) managed to eat 85% of CPU resources for a few seconds to complete installation🤔

Observation: OneDriveSetup.exe extracts 50 times faster (2 seconds instead of 100) and uses 75% less CPU for that with /enableExtractCabV2 command line parameter
