Which Control panel you're talking about? With applets, folders, or unextensible navigation model?

I mean applets that are slowly disappearing in favor of the Settings "app". Since MS are planning to phase out Control Panel entirely, I think this is a good new market opportunity to explore. I'd gladly buy a piece of software offering Windows 7-like Control Panel in Windows 10.
