If it should be easy to know who’s legit, you should’ve left it alone. Now it’ll only be harder to figure out which channels are fakes or scams.

This criteria for verification is completely unfair. If someone has a big channel but isn’t “well known off of YouTube” but other accounts still impersonate them, you’re only making it harder for way more people than however many you claim to be helping
