The manager at this Starbucks chain store was well within their right to call the police on a case of trespassing. They were not customers so they were asked to leave. After refusing to leave the manager called the police after the men said “call the police we don’t care.

Why would you apologize? Two people got in, announced that they were not clients then sat down as if nothing was wrong... what should have happened but them being asked to leave? They refused, so the police was called, still refused so the got escorted out.

I know many people are addicted to the Starbucks drug (caffeine), but scale back and hit them in the financial pocket. The two young men need to financially compensated well by Starbucks. The person who called the cops needs to be fired. Police need de-escalation training.
