The creator of Babylon 5 needs you to show your support for a new version of the incredible sci-fi show. Else it might not happen after all. #B5onCWin23

The fate of the #Babylon5 pilot may be decided end of this month. Though much of @TheCW was bought by @NXSTMediaGroup the decision also rests heavily with @WarnerbrosTV. If fans want to show their support for B5 & let them know you want this to happen, now is the time #B5onCWin23

I can't tell you how much cool stuff we have talked about every day, from the days of IRC to today in Slack, that would just get left on the floor because it's perfect to link to but not to write a minimum amount of words for that fit an article container. this is our live wire

Can’t remember the last time I slept through the first half of an Apple event. Turns out our liveblog is an amazing way to catch up without missing anything new!

Right now my one and only job is to get well and reduce the burden on my family.
So you’re not going to see me for a bit on The Verge, and if we were already working on something together… I apologize that it got cut short! I will hand off what I can.

Some personal news: I crushed my jaw in an electric scooter accident. I’ll spare you grisly details unless you want ‘em, but I spent a week in the hospital and it’s going to be *much* longer before life’s back to normal.
I’m lucky to be here at all.

For some reason, this fills me with a sense of wonder that no SpaceX flight ever has. It's not just nostalgia, but that definitely helps too

My first handful of flights with the DJI Avata were an absolute joy — and with no previous experience flying a ‘whoop style drone.
It felt like flying.

Apple event September 7! My predictions for what “Far Out” means:
- Next iPhone has a humungous zoom lens attachment
- Spatial audio can now sound like things are thousands of miles away
- Apple bought Juul, is getting into vaping
- Apple Spaceship coming soon

this is literally me every time I describe Titanfall. I must have put 2,000+ hours into that game and loved it so much

SO BASICALLY TITANFALL ONE WAS AHEAD OF ITS TIME AND IF IT HAD LAUNCHED IN 2021 OR 2022 IT WOULD'VE DONE SO WELL BECAUSE NOW YOU HAVE MAJOR FPS GAMES COMING OUT WITH NO CAMPAIGNS BUT TITANFALL HAD THE BEST MOVEMENT AND FPS MECHANICS BUT PEOPLE DIDN'T GIVE IT A PROPER CHANCE

Can't count how many times I've sent a reporter to the Wayback Machine to fact-check or research something. I wouldn't be surprised if we use it weekly.
It's an indispensable tool, and a check on those who would try to whitewash history.
And that's just one tiny facet.
