  用台灣人能聽懂的比喻「立法委員參選者的資格，由內政部長擔任的資格審查委員會審查，如果審查不通過，立法委員當選者立刻喪失立法委員資格，而且對此一行政處分不得提起訴訟，不受司法覆核」一國一制，就在眼前。
