  商經局長邱騰華指，目前電影審核制度設上訴機制，若電檢處對送檢電影有意見或要求，決定可由非政府人員組成審核委員會審核，但修例後，涉及國家安全的電檢決定，不會再由委員會審核，亦即撤銷了上訴機制，邱騰華指，送檢方仍可以向法庭申請司法覆核，挑戰電檢處的決定。pic.twitter.com/7mQVc4qybK
