Like the majority of Americans, I have an immediate family member locked up behind bars. My dad is in prison & at the age of 75, he is high risk for the virus. There are some people who need to be removed from general society. No doubt. If we're evaluating the person's present risk to the public, and it is low, then integration should be the goal. If your beliefs trend toward punitive punishment, that is a different conversation
