Dunkin isn't Starbucks, they don't want to start a conversation on their cups. They want you in and out in a minute and twenty seconds. Have conversations with your friends; Dunkin isn't your friend. (This is such a New England attitude, I love it.) #INTA2019

I find their attitude very refreshing. There are enough companies, actors, and groups trying to tell me how to think!

Same as every other "fast food" place, and Starbucks as well... Those smiling, happy faced people behind the counter just want your Tips, they could care less about being your friend.

Yes they ARENT your friends... they are a business and you are a customer. Why does everyone feel the need to be "friends" with everyone they meet? dont we all have enough let downs in our lives already...esp. with FAMILY?

"Enter...give money...you leave now!" I can make myself a pot of @Cafedumonde1 at home without standing in line, leaving a tip or being rushed out.
