I don't know if it's related, but Intel's fix for the Spectre vulnerability apparently caused a lot of spontaneous reboots, to the point that MS is issuing a patch to remove it. https://www.engadget.com/2018/01/29/windows-spectre-meltdown-unpatching/ …
