I suspect the answer is no, because the direction of extrusion defines a continuous vector field along the noodle surface. Not sure though.

can't you just rotate the machine 180 degrees while extruding
-
Then it's a strip with a twist in it but not a band.

Are you extruding rings or a strip?
-
I dunno, I don't have a good intuition for what machines are capable of.
-
If it's rolling out noodle dough you can make it into a mobius strip by flipping the output end and feeding it back to the input
-
True but that counts as surgery (gluing together strips).

Yeah rip

No, because if it were, they would already be on shelves as KD Forever

Don't think it's possible, even extruded as tube (like ziti instead of fettuccine). Got there thinking about leading edge of extruded tube.
-
Now, can one design a machine to spit them out? Yeah, but there'll be cheating involved, as I see it.
-
Or maybe it's just a failure of my imagination.
-
Someone suggested feeding the strip back into the machine w/ a twist, but then how do you remove it
-
Yeah, you'd have to cut it. You might as well do surgery.

Don't think you can, but you could form a donut-shaped roll of dough and roll it out into a moebius strip - needs a different machine though

This is possible. A friend recently shared a video of himself doing exactly this, though I don't understand the mechanics at all, sorry

Really thinking it's impossible, I can't conceive of any way it might proceed from a circle
