Slow progress with the feral kittens. Doubt they'll ever become really friendly but I got the injured one licking and chewing my fingertips.
The matriarch has an ulcer eating away at her lip; I think if I tried to get her spayed she'd just be put down. Didn't expect her to live...

It ate away a strip of her upper lip and a few teeth and then...stopped, as far as I can tell. Looks ghastly but she seems happy.

She's 7 years old now. She's had a really good, prosperous life for a street cat.
