There's an argument that Presidential tweets=a public record. I'm not convinced, but if a court is then there may be a right to see them.

Point is, someone who's blocked is in precisely the same position vis-a-vis reading Trump tweets as someone with no account.

It's either an unacceptable obstacle or it isn't. (Hint: it isn't--anyone can read Trump tweets while logged out.)

But if there's a right to see Trump tweets from the comfort of a personal account, then there's a right to _have_ a personal account.
