Is the difference that demanding is done from a position of dominance and begging is done from submissiveness?

Not dominance and submission but power and helplessness. "demand" = attempting to dominate from a position of helplessness.

You gave a definition of demanding. Can you contrast it with a definition of begging?

Just rearranging terms, I'd guess that you were shooting at "angrily beg = attempting to be submissive from a position of power".

The opposite, attempting to dominate from a position of weakness.

"angrily" = "perform dominance"; "beg" = "objective weakness"
