1) Sit in a comfortable position in a place with no distractions. 2) Concentrate your attention on your breathing/diaphragm.

3) You should start to notice a ticklish/bubbly sensation in your diaphragm just before a hiccup comes. 4) Focus on it.

5) If you can keep your attention completely focused on the ticklish sensation for 10-15 seconds, it will fade away.

6) Your hiccups will be gone with it. 7) This takes some practice. Losing focus = hiccup. Stay with it.
