@St_Rev it was an experiment. When I do it again, I'll do probably 2.25-2.5C milk per 8 oz dry noodles instead of 2C -
@chotiari My go-to recipe is: boil the noodles, make the sauce in the noodle pot (cheese-egg custard), bake to solidify. -
@St_Rev indeed. That's how I will do it at home. This was an experiment in portable retained-heat cooking.
