My cheesecake went over pretty well. That was nice.
@CoffeeBadass 1/2 C sugar, 2 eggs, 1/2 cup cream, 2 tsp vanilla, 1/2 tsp almond. 325 over a pan of water for about 70 minutes.

@CoffeeBadass They always warn you to be super careful not to whip any air into it because it'll crack and stuff but I said fuckit this time -
@CoffeeBadass and I whipped it nice and fluffy. Leaving the cream cheese in a bowl of hot water until it's completely runny helped tons. -
@CoffeeBadass Anyway, doing it low and slow kept it from cracking too much. And of course the topping hides defects. -
@St_Rev I think you could pour caramel sauce on most things and people would disregard the substrate
