The world runs almost entirely on software technologies that were designed by people without CS degrees. This explains why everything sucks.

@Meaningness So maybe training is implictly oriented toward hardware (misdirected foundationalism?) & graduates have little advantage coding -
@St_Rev Maybe… I think the problem has more to do with screwed-up incentives in the industry. Corporate luck dominates software quality. -
