@Meaningness hm. been using the corner of door frame for that already. hard to get angles right tho (muscle spasms around/between scapulae)

@St_Rev FWIW I found foam rollers incredibly painful and my trainer said that is how they feel. I still stopped using them because hey pain -
@madeofmonsters I'm in constant pain no matter what, so I'll tolerate pain if it helps. Mostly worried about making things worse.
