@piercedavid @verge @St_Rev Maybe there’s a market niche for a social network that eschews “more accessible to the masses.”
@Meaningness LiveJournal did pretty much everything right except not antagonize its users. User base size clearly dominates other factors.

@Meaningness I don't have real deep insight into this stuff, I guess. LJ was just really good for structuring discussions.
